DP Shayban were using different systems for various Domino’s outlets, including QuickBooks and outsourced accountants, which made financial management and data visibility difficult. Consequently, the management team were forced to use manual and time-consuming processes to produce reports and analysis, but this impacted their ability to make quick decisions.
As the business grew, transaction volumes significantly increased. A new system capable of handling high volumes and many users was required to drive the business forward.
A deluxe combo
The ability to analyse financial performance in detail, at varying levels, was a key requirement for DP Shayban. It was also critical the chosen system could be integrated with the Domino’s Pizza systems for purchasing stock and retail sales.
