We want to be sure Sage 200 is a good fit for you, so we learn as much as we can about your business and requirements before project confirmation through in-depth consultative meetings, product demonstrations and pre-sale assessments. Once the project is agreed, we work closely with key decision-makers in your business to fully understand your priorities and scope all aspects of the project, including what system customisation is needed.
Your consultant will create comprehensive documents detailing the requirements and objectives of the project as well as timescales, costs, roles and responsibilities. We will also include a basic project plan, any identified risks and constraints, and agreed change control procedures to ensure everyone is on the same page.
