At the beginning of the year we decided it was time to refresh our brand identity. Our previous branding was outdated and no longer reflected the high level of service and professionalism we provide our customers.
So, what’s new?
We’re not changing our offerings. We’re not changing our leadership. We’re changing our brand identity to better reflect who we are, what we do as a company and our commitment to our customers.

Our visual brand
We wanted to keep our long-established name and the Prosys Computing logo our customers are familiar with but update our visuals to present a consistent and fresh image across all platforms.
We’ve taken the purple and green from the logo and incorporated these into a wider colour palette.
As well as our enhanced colour scheme we wanted to create some visual elements that would complement our logo. We took the equals sign and translated this into a diamond pattern.
Central to our brand identity is our website. We want our site to be a useful resource where existing customers can easily access the latest Sage 200 product news and our monthly customer webinars. It also needs to inspire trust and showcase our technical knowledge and expertise to businesses looking to grow.
How has the website changed?
Our focus for our new website was to make it easier to navigate, no matter what device you’re using. As well as updating the layout, we took the opportunity to showcase more of our customer success stories, share our company values and provide extra detail about how Sage 200 could benefit your business.
Has the way I submit support requests changed?
No, the process hasn’t changed. Your Sage 200 Administrator user should still call or send us an email if you have a technical issue. All the relevant contact information can be accessed via the customer support button if needed.
If our support team ask you to share your screen, you will click on the customer support button at the top of our website and then choose the green button:
