As with all organisations, we are changing the way we work to take account of the implications of the Coronavirus and taking measures internally to minimise the risk to our staff, customers and suppliers.
From Monday 23rd March, all staff will be working remotely from home.
We want to confirm that all staff have full access to our cloud based telephone and computer systems from home and so will be able to provide our support service without any intertuption to you. You will be able to contact the support teams in the usual way via email at email@example.com or telephone on 02920 814477 during our usual office hours of 09:00 to 17:00.
Training and consultancy services will continue to be provided but will move to a remote model of delivery using tools such as MS Teams, Goto Webinar and Teamviewer.
Whichever remote method we use, we will get you up and running in two minutes when required. All staff are well accustomed to delivering our support, training and consultancy services, software development and troubleshooting remotely.
