Sage 200 2009
The development of Sage 200 CRM within the 2009 version had several objectives:
- Enables implementations to be easier and quicker
- Improves synchronisation
- Delivers tighter integration
The new top features and enhancements which support this aim are:
Web quotes and orders - users can now enter a quote or an order remotely using the CRM interface, without screen popping the back office commercials order forms
Real Time Data Views – CRM users can view more financial and commercial information through the CRM interface including third-party forms
Replacement of AIS – 2009 introduces a new synchronisation engine for Sage 200 CRM, replacing AIS. The new synchronisation engine brings many advantages including easier setup and web service-based integration. All this provides a richer and tighter integration with a seamless connection between the modules.
Multiple ERP databases linking to one CRM database – under the new integration, multiple ERP customers and suppliers from different databases can link to one CRM account. Users have a centralised view of contact and trading information with a single customer or supplier in CRM, whilst keeping the individual records for different legal entities separate in the ERP databases.
