Prosys Remote Support Shortcut

 

 

1. Right click on your desktop;    

   

2. Left click New then left click Shortcut. 

 

This box should appear:

3. Type the following - "www.prosyscomputing.co.uk/support"

4. Left click Next and you should see this box: 

 

New Internet Shortcut

 

5. Type in "Prosys Support" 

6. Then left click Finish.

An Icon like this should appear:

Now when you are speaking to the support team they may ask you to double click on this icon

which should take you to our support site, where you should enter your name and the randomly generated number given to you by our support team for this support session only.

  

Go to Assist 

 

There is another option -

 

1. Go to www.prosyscomputing.co.uk/support

 

2. Select and drag the Internet Explorer icon (next to the web address) to your desktop

This will create a shortcut
