Prosys win Circle of Excellence for third year

Press Release, November 2007.

Cardiff-based software company Prosys Computing took top honours again at the third Sage Circle of Excellence awards ceremony in Telford last week.

Sage, a leading provider of business management software and services, introduced the concept of a Circle of Excellence last year in order to recognise and reward the business partners who provide outstanding customer service and whose customers are the most likely to recommend them to friends and colleagues. The Circle is open to all Sage Business Partners, no matter which product they sell from Sage's extensive portfolio, and only the top 1% were chosen to form the 15 member Circle.

Prosys Computing were one of only two of the previous years winners to win again this year, a feat which no other Sage Business Partner in the region has achieved.

On presenting the award to Prosys Computing Paul Stobart, CEO, UK and Ireland Region, Sage (UK) Limited, states, “We are delighted to present this award to Prosys Computing. They represent excellence in customer service and to win it for a second year demonstrates consistency in the delivery of the highest quality services to Sage users.”

Explaining the concept of the Circle of Excellence Stobart continues, “Given that word of mouth recommendation is the most important driver of new business it makes sense to measure how our customers feel about us and our business partners. It follows that the more customers that we have in the market place recommending Sage and our business partners such Prosys Computing to others, then the better the growth prospects are for all.

Particularly pleasing to me is the fact that Prosys Computing have maintained their position in the Circle of Excellence despite the fact that it is very clear that the whole business partner community has improved its performance in terms of communicating with and responding to customers more effectively.”

Prosys Computing Managing Director, Gary Morgan says, “I am delighted that we have won this award again, it is a truly outstanding achievement. At Prosys we understand that exceptional customer service goes hand in hand with exceptional staff. I would like to take this opportunity to thank the team for all their hard work and our customers for this endorsement – we look forward to developing our relationship with them into the future.”

To celebrate the business partners success – Sage will be whisking the winners to Rome for a once-in- a-lifetime 5* star trip, which will include a private visit to the Vatican and Sistine Chapel.
