Gary Morgan

With 25 years experience in I.T. and Business Systems, Gary founded Prosys Computing in 1992, having seen an opportunity in the market to establish a company with strong customer service focus.

Gary now concentrates most of his time on developing the business and looking for ways of improving our customer services.

Charlotte Ainsworth

Charlotte was an experienced Sage systems trainer and support consultant before joining Prosys Computing in August 2004, having previously been the manageress of the Sage Bristol training centre.

Since joining, Charlotte has become our lead Sage Manufacturing consultant and is also an experienced Sage Construct, Payroll and Line 50 trainer.

Suzanne Bowen

Suzanne joined the company in September 2000. She was already highly experienced in managing and maintaining Sage Line 100 systems for a large telecoms manufacturer. Suzanne also has several years programming experience.

As well as being a product specialist for Sage 200, Sage CRM, Sage Line 100 and Sage Construct, Suzanne is also our General Manager.

Nina Browne

Nina became part of the team in July 2001. She is a fully qualified Accounting Technician and a part-qualified Certified Accountant, with many years experience in Sage Accounting Systems.

Nina is now one of our Senior Sage 200 and Sage Line 100 consultants, as well as one of our Sage Manufacturing and Sage Retail experts.

Leanne Eatwell

Leanne joined the company in December 2007 after acquiring a degree in Accounting and Management.

With previous experience in Sage 50, Leanne has just completed an extensive Sage 200 course to become a support consultant and is undergoing training in a range of other Sage products.

Samantha Froud

Samantha joined the team in May 2006. She is a qualifed accountant and has vast experience in implementing account and manufacturing systems over many years. Samantha is a very experienced I.T. professional and is continuing to develop her considerable experience by studying for a Masters degree in Computer Science at Cardiff University in her spare time.

Samantha is also currently undergoing further product specialist training in order to become a training and support consultant for Sage 200, Sage Line 100, Sage MMS, Sage Construct and Sage 200 CRM. 

Karen Gillard

Karen joined the company in August 2007. With a MBA in Business and Finance, she has an exceptional knowledge of Business Accounting. Karen is also a very experienced training consultant in Sage Accounting Systems as well as Microsoft applications.

Karen has excellent Sage technical skills and is enthusiastically developing her consultancy skills in the new Sage 200 range to add to her knowledge of Sage Line 50 and ACT!. 

Shawn Green

Shawn was employed in May 2007 to fulfil the need for an additional software developer.

He brings 10 years of experience in IT network administration, ICT management and web / application development to the company and is a Microsoft MCP, completing his MSCD.net certification. Shawn is primarily engaged in the customisation and development of Sage 200 and Sage MMS software for our clients.

Helen Griffiths

Helen became part of the Prosys team in January 2006 to undertake our Accounts and Administration requirements.

She is currently studying for AAT qualifications and since joing the company, she has joined the team of consultants, with expertise in Sage 200,  Sage Line 50, Sage Payroll, ACT! and Sage Line 50 Manufacturing.

Tania Jones

Tania joined Prosys Computing in December 1998 as a customer support consultant for Sage accounting products.

Since then Tania has mastered a range of products including Sage 200, Sage Line 50, Sage Line 100, Sage MMS, Sage Line 50 Manufacturing and Sage Construct as well as Sage Payroll and Crystal Reports. With such a range of experience, Tania now heads up our telephone support services.

James McHardy

James is our longest serving employee having joined the company in February 1998 to provide our customers with technical support services.

James is an experienced Microsoft Systems technician, supporting our customers Files Servers and general network infrastructure. James also carries out the majority of all of our Sage software installation, maintenance and upgrade services.

Hannah Pearman

Hannah joined us in June 2006 to look after our reception as well as our internal accounts and administrative needs.

Hannah is also providing assistance to our consultants and is involved with our marketing and event organisation.

Andrew Watts

Andrew had 15 years of software development experience in industry before joining us in July 2004.


Although Andrew has a multitude of development skills, he is mainly dedicated to the customisation and development of our customers Sage MMS systems using the very latest .Net and Visual Studio technology.

Clive Morgan

Clive is a director of Prosys Computing and also runs our sister company Computerisation Limited. Clive is a very experienced systems analyst and developer. Clives's role is to develop company standards, procedures and strategies.
