We know this month's newsletter is late, but we wanted to be able to confirm the following date and venue for you... Our annual Prosys Customer Day will be held on June 23rd at the prestigious Swalec Stadium in Cardiff. This new and world class, state of the art, stadium is to be the venue for the 1st npower Ashes Test match against Australia in July. During the day (ours that is!), we will be packing in as much valuable information as possible, plus Hints and Tips and micro training sessions, to help you use your Sage systems to prosper in these difficult times. Lunch will also be provided and we will try to make this an enjoyable as well as valuable day for you. Your personal invitation will be sent to you in the next few weeks. This month we are delighted to announce some new services to help you save money and get more out of your Sage systems include our new Training Passports and also new classroom style Sage 200 Training Courses. Training Passports are simply a cheaper way of buying a Prosys Sage Consultants time working on site with you. You can buy 2 or 4 day Training Passports which will save you either £100.00 a day (saving £200.00 over 2 days) or £150.00 a day (saving £600.00 over 4 days) respectively on your training costs.

The Sage 200 courses are classroom style training designed to provide detailed training to Sage users without the need for personal consultation.
You will learn existing and new features, best practice and how to troubleshoot. We will also show you specifically how to make the system work better for you in the current economic conditions.

Sage have announced that the release of Sage Point of Sale (POS) v6.4 will be at the end of March. Sage POS v6.4 introduces a number of enhancements to the existing macros to give a much greater control and flexibility for creating customised solutions to meet users' specific requirements.

A major change to the employment law, which comes into force on 6th April 2009, is a repeal of the statutory dispute resolution procedures.

From 6th April 2009, all businesses with 50 or more employees must submit their P14s and P35s online. Employers with less than 50 employees don't have to submit online until at least 2010, but can receive a £75 incentive from HM Revenue & Customs (HMRC) if they send their 2008/2009 returns online.
