Other responsibilities include protecting the system from improper access, troubleshooting problems, setting up and configuring system facilities, managing spool files and much more.

Annual Customer Day - Tuesday 23rd June 2009
Swalec Stadium, Cardiff
Our annual event held at the Swalec Stadium Cardiff in June was a great success attended by nearly 50 customers. In addition to product updates and business updates from Prosys Computing and from Sage, our guests also enjoyed a lovely lunch and wine followed by a 'behind the scenes' guided tour of the stadium.
This was all just two weeks before the historic and outstanding first Ashes test against Australia put the Swalec Stadium at the centre of the sporting world.
Here are a few comments from some of the delegates:
‘An excellent seminar, as usual, pre-empted by a warm, cosy, personal welcome! Diolch yn fawr iawn.’ Granville & Sheila John, Trefigin Oil & Quarry
‘Lovely venue and excellent food. Well done.’ Christine Jarrett, CBS Precast Ltd
‘Informative of new products.’ Linda Norvill, Centregreat (1991) Ltd
