Quarterly Customer Workshop

Wednesday 8th October, The Quality Hotel Cardiff

This will be the second time we have run this workshop due to its importance and relevance to everyone using Sage MMS/200. The principles will also be relevant to Line 100 users. 

The workshop is free of charge to Level 2 Support (L2S) members, or is charged at £100.00 to non members. If you would like to attend the workshop free of charge you can do so by joining L2S today (please phone for details). 

Registration will begin at 9.00am for a 9.30am start and should finish at approximately 12.30pm.  

Session 1 – Month End Processing 

  • VAT reconciliation
  • Stock taking
  • Resetting trading values
  • Balance ledgers utility
  • Month end processing routine 

Session 2 – Year End Processing 

  • Backing up company data
  • Creating a new company dataset for archiving
  • Restoring data           
  • Amending P&L and BS Financial Reports           
  • Reconciling P&L and BS Reports           
  • Transaction Archiving
  • Year end processing routine 

This workshop will help you prepare, process and complete period ends with ease and equip you to deal with any problems that may arise. We will also provide you with useful handouts and several hints and tips to make your life easier.
