Sage 200 Business Intelligence and Reporting Workshop
8th December 2010
There is nothing mysterious about Business Intelligence! It is simply about using the information you already have to analyse your business; highlighting highs and lows, exceptions and anomalies, inefficiencies and other problem areas thereby providing the opportunity for innovation and growth.
This workshop will help you understand the tools you already have that could provide massive opportunities to improve your business in all areas from operational efficiency to financial management, sales performance to customer service.
We will concentrate on 3 Sage 200 tools:-
- Sage Business Intelligence
Perhaps the most powerful and innovative tool you have, Sage BI is ready to go with pre-defined KPI reports including incisive management information and financial reports, sales analyses, most and least profitable business touch points and much more. You can change these reports to present your information as you need easily and instantly adding graphs and charts at the click of a mouse.
- Sage 200 Workspaces
Workspaces are designed to provide you with the summary information you need on your desktop from which to not just to obtain critical information but also from which to drill down through to the information you want. Workspaces are always available as you move from one module to another and you decide on the information laid out in panels in front of you.
- Sage 200 Report Writer
The Sage 200 Report Writer is a powerful reporting tool which can easily create simple reports and also, with a little more effort and knowledge, very complex reports. The workshop will show you what you can achieve with limited knowledge and also what is possible either through us, or by having your own staff member trained to create your reports in house.
Using these tools we will show you great examples of how you can make the information you already have, really get to work for you.
The workshop will be held in Cardiff at our offices or another nearby location depending on numbers. Refreshments will also be provided throughout the morning. We aim to make the workshop as interesting, informative and as valuable to you as possible and we do hope you will take the time out of your business to invest in your business. We look forward to seeing you.

Annual Customer Day - Tuesday 23rd June 2009

In addition to product updates and business updates from Prosys Computing and from Sage, our guests also enjoyed a lovely lunch and wine followed by a 'behind the scenes' guided tour of the stadium.

This was all just two weeks before the historic and outstanding first Ashes test against Australia put the Swalec Stadium at the centre of the sporting world.
Here are a few comments from some of the delegates:
